Processing Time
All of our bags are handmade to order.
- Simpler designs are usually completed within 2–3 business days.
- More detailed or custom designs may take 5–14 business days to complete before dispatch.
Once your order has been made, it will be packaged and shipped.
Shipping Times
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.
